HOW IT WORKS:

3 Simple Steps...

Step 1: Register your phone with us and wait for a post it bag

Find your phone from the list of mobiles we buy and match it to the condition of your handset to see what maximum price we will offer you for its condition. If you are happy to proceed-   Register your Phone and wait for  a 'freepost' mail bag to arrive through your door

To register your phone: All you have to do is email andy@justronics.co.uk Or text JusTronics on 0758 758 4444 (please do not ring for this service) with the Make and Model of your phone and include the imei number of the handset along with your address -we will then confirm with you that your freepost bag has been dispatched, and is on its way

Step 2:    Post your phone to us

We will have a 'JusTronics sales pack' sent out immediately (next working day) with the postal instructions and a freepost bag inside, once recieved - simply follow the instructions and post the handset to us

You are responsible for insuring/recording the handset during transit along with packaging it securely and we cannot be held responsible if the hadset goes missing or gets damaged in the post so PLEASE record the package just to be safe, and wrap the handset well to prevent damage!

Step 3:   Payment within 2 days of reciept (cheque, paypal)

We check that your order is complete and item/s match your registered sale and if any items are incorrect, we'll email / text you a revised offer with the option to have the items returned free of charge, or we look for a confirmation that you are happy to go along with the sale. 

We make payment on the SAME DAY you confirm to sell your phone for the agreed price. Your happy, were happy- Smiles all round :D
